The Hario V60 is the standard pour-over dripper for almost every third-wave coffee shop in the world. The 60-degree conical shape concentrates coffee bed depth so water passes through grounds for the optimum extraction time. Spiral ribs run the full length of the cone — they prevent the paper filter from sealing to the wall which would slow extraction. The single large hole at the bottom lets the brewer control flow rate entirely through their pour technique. Hand-thrown ceramic retains heat better than plastic or glass. Size 02 brews 1-4 cups. Uses standard V60 paper filters available everywhere.
